Website analytics

Implementation enquiries
The contact form asks for name, work email, organisation, role, workflow or operating requirement, systems and data involved, known deployment or governance constraints, desired timing, and how the visitor found Praxis Agents OS.
Contact submissions are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and may also lead to direct email correspondence. Do not submit passwords, API keys, confidential datasets, customer records, special-category personal data, or other sensitive information through the form.

Information sent directly by email is processed to respond to the enquiry and manage any resulting business relationship.

Praxis Agents OS deployments
This policy covers the public marketing website. It does not describe the data handling of every self-hosted Praxis Agents OS deployment. An organisation running the OS controls its own deployment choices, providers, data, retention, and governance. Customer implementations supplied by Gregory Asquith Limited are also governed by the relevant service and data-processing agreements.
