Terms of Use

Last updated: 10 July 2026

Website operator

This website is operated by Gregory Asquith Limited, a company registered in England and Wales. References to the website mean praxis-agents.ai and its public content.

Separate legal boundaries

Three different legal contexts may apply:

  1. Website content is governed by these website terms and applicable copyright law.
  2. Praxis Agents OS source code is governed by the licence and notices in its public GitHub repository, including the Apache License 2.0.
  3. Implementation and ongoing development services are governed by the relevant proposal, statement of work, contract, and any data-processing terms.

These website terms do not replace the open-source licence or a customer service agreement.

Permitted use

The website may be browsed and linked to for lawful purposes. Public Markdown routes and llms.txt are intentionally provided for technical readers, indexing systems, and AI tools.

You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully or fraudulently
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, form storage, or supporting systems
  • interfere with website availability or security
  • submit malicious code, automated spam, credentials, or unlawfully obtained information
  • misrepresent website content as an endorsement, guarantee, or contractual commitment

Reasonable automated access to public pages is permitted where it respects published technical controls, does not impair service, and complies with applicable law.

Intellectual property

Website writing, graphics, branding, and design are owned by or licensed to Gregory Asquith Limited unless stated otherwise.

Praxis Agents OS source code is separate. Rights to use, copy, modify, and distribute that code come from the licence and notices in the repository, not from these website terms.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Accuracy and project maturity

Reasonable efforts are made to keep the website accurate. Praxis Agents OS is an early-stage public project and the website may describe available, active-development, and planned work.

The public repository and its current documentation govern technical behaviour. Roadmap items are not promises of delivery date, future availability, production suitability, or continued inclusion.

The website does not provide a warranty that the OS, documentation, or any linked material is complete, error-free, secure, suitable for a particular purpose, or continuously available.

External links

The website links to GitHub, model providers, frameworks, and other third-party services. Gregory Asquith Limited does not control their availability, terms, security, or content.

No service commitment

Website content and contact correspondence do not create a service relationship. Work begins only under an agreed contract or statement of work. Published implementation examples are not fixed packages, price quotations, service levels, or promises that a capability ships in the base OS.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gregory Asquith Limited excludes liability arising solely from reliance on general website content or use of third-party links. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Use of the open-source code is governed by its licence, including the warranty and liability provisions in that licence.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
